Canvas Memory orders are fulfilled by Xiamen Dushan Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. through our third-party fulfillment partners with warehouse facilities located in Long Island City, NY and Las Vegas, NV. These are fulfillment and return processing centers only — they are not our registered business address. Our company is headquartered in Xiamen, China.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US public holidays.

- United States: 7–15 business days after dispatch
- International: 14–30 business days after dispatch
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your delivery address and order size.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order at a flat rate of $2.99 per pound.
Example: A 2 lb order ships for $5.98.
Free shipping is not currently available. All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Shipping rates apply to orders within the contiguous United States (48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) may incur additional charges.
International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Canvas Memory is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
